Complimentary shipping on all UK orders

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide, including all EU member states, the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

For orders outside the UK, duties and import taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window to make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to amend or cancel an order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process once it arrives.

We're so sorry to hear this. Please email us at hello@tidal-swimwear.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no need to return the damaged item.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only — we are unable to offer refunds on reduced-price purchases. All other return conditions apply: items must be unworn, with tags attached and the hygiene liner intact.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please email us before sending anything back so we can provide your return label and log your request on our system.
