Packaging
Every Tidal order is placed in a neatly designed waterproof swimming pouch — reusable and made to come with you from suitcase to shoreline.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a dispatch email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can track your order at any time from your account.
Returns
You can return items up to 14 days from receipt of order. The return method and cost is at your discretion (we recommend tracked shipping) — we do not offer free returns. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and sanitary stickers still attached.
